1-2-1 Sessions

Whether you’re looking for Pilates or Personal Training I can provide sessions completely tailored to you or a small group of your nearest and dearest, either in the comfort of your home or at a studio in North Hertfordshire.

Perhaps you’ve tried Pilates before but you just don’t know whether or not you’re doing it correctly. Between the breathing and the pelvic floor engagement, the TVA contraction, the neutral pelvis and oh wait, am I still breathing?!? There’s a lot to think about! Private lessons can be really beneficial and help you get to grips with it all so your body gets the most benefit from this training method. Maybe you recently had a baby (or maybe not even so recently!) and you want to regain your pre-pregnancy body and you’ve heard that Pilates will help you do that. You’re not wrong. Pilates will definitely help you to locate and strengthen your deepest powerhouse muscles to help you get that flat tummy again. Or perhaps you’re recovering from an injury or training for a specific sport. Pilates will help you. I am so passionate about the magic of Pilates and its amazing ability to help everybody move, look and feel better.

Perhaps you’re not sure whether you need Pilates or Personal Training. Maybe you just want to look and feel better and not sure which is for you. Get in touch and we can discuss your goals. 1-2-1 sessions are tailor made for you, a custom design if you will! Whatever the training method, I will always talk to my clients about the importance of nutrition and offer guidance. No amount of exercise will ever undo the effects of poor nutrition as a balanced and healthy body starts from the inside out.

9:30 - 10:25 Pilates (New class. Starts October 1st!)

Mixed abilities. Term time only. Please bring a mat and a towel.

Thursdays

Henlow Park Pavilion, Groveside, Henlow SG16 6AP

9:30 - 10:25 Pilates

This class would suit a complete beginner and anyone who has done Pilates in the past but wishes to re-visit the basics. A small group of no more than 11 people to ensure that you are getting the best guidance and help. Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own!

First session is free, and then £48 for a block of 6 classes to be used in 7 weeks.

19:15 - 20:15 Mixed Ability Pilates

20:30 - 21:30 Mixed Ability Pilates

These classes would suit someone who has done Pilates in the past. Mats and small equipment provided by the studio. Small groups of no more than 8 people.

8:30 – 9:15 HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

All the major muscle groups worked using a barbell, plate and bodyweight exercises, this class will definitely get the heart racing and leave you dripping with sweat. Max of 20 people per class.

10:00 – 10:55 Pilates

11:00 – 11:55 Pilates
